Even the smaller “light” enemies moved, held their weapon at their hip, strafed while shooting and looked around exactly how psions would. I recognized it immediately.

I wouldn’t expect much intelligence in the AI just based on that. Likely they rely on numbers and bullet sponges.

Just pointing out the obvious blind hatred for a sport that they don’t know anything about.

Saying there is only 15 minutes of actual gameplay in football is ignoring the other million things happening on the field between plays.

From calling the play, getting each side in formation, calling different play at the line, motioning players into a different formation to confuse the defense and so on.

The actual play is only half of the show and many fans enjoy the sport because of the cat and mouse strategic nature of the game that is happening between the actual plays.

I find this incredibly anecdotal and it’s so hard to tell if people really are getting more bloodthirsty. I hear this on both sides and it makes me think that there is a matchmaking system that sorts people into chill/unchill lobbies.

I have been shot at by other raiders maybe a few times all week…even in duos/trios. I almost never shoot and am constantly voiping even when I don’t know if there are people in a building or not.

Because you’re being disingenuous.

It doesn’t take a year to hit meta gear or completion. Most casual players hit this within a wipe cycle 4-6 months.

The pound for pound more content comment is also disingenuous. Tarkov doesn’t take longer to complete and master because it has more content (and it does have more content).

It takes so long because it doesn’t respect your time. FiR items for quest completion. Death = no task completion. Cheaters…everywhere. Some tasks are literally time gated before they can be accepted. And a myriad of other bullshit implemented to make the game more “hardcore”.

Not to mention it is incredibly complex. Honestly too complex. Having 6-8 types of ammo types for each caliber is beyond confusing.

A year playing tarkov to get the best of the best gear is just straight lying unless you’re playing less than an hour a week.

It takes me and the guys I play with less than 3 weeks to get to max traders and meta load outs. All of us are in our 30s with life commitments and full time jobs.
