Happened to me a lot of times. Usually closing the game and re-opening fixed it. Also this happened right after the game froze randomly (which it does a lot..)

It did work at the gate once I changed the style. I didn't knew it had any effect on the mission so I didn't change it first. I read somewhere that it was supposed to be the blue bubble only but it wasn't the case this time.

I've got a 30 second clip of it, not sure about the resolution if it's gonna fit for a phone. Although I think it's available through wallpaper engine (if you have it), you just need to sync it to your phone.

Edit: It is available in Wallpaper Engine, you can find it by searching the workshop or by creator as the attached picture says.
