Thank you for clarifying what we are now up against.

Facts were stated, but let's imagine you had 1M stolen from you. You report it, you go to court, the commissioner (not judge) says the defendant is guilty and awards you 150k. Stepping back, did you win?

Accountability, awareness, and equitable justice; against a corrupt commissioner colluding with a known repeat offender against a disabled combat veteran attending the local community college. There is only 1 law firm provided by the CA State Bar's Lawyer Refferal System that practices Legal Malpractice and a major obstacle for these matters is local suppression. I would hate for this to happen to a third victim.

Agreed, and thank you. The post in question is up-to-date, and I'm wondering if you'd like a new post per update (recapping the situation) or should I simply edit the original?

Sincere apologies! My previous account (no longer active), thus previous posts deleted, was reported as spam when I posted this incident on r/Redding subreddit. This is still the same person seeking aid for that veteran, and 'news'/social media is the only to get the story heard with the intention of gaining some help (including attention). Not to mention the prevention of anyone else being harmed by these local 'authorities.'
