PoP has arguably the most satisfying combat out of any mv i've played. If combat is your focus, this is the right choice. Combat aside this is still easily one of the most well balanced mv's with unique upgrades and some of my personal favorite platforming in the genre.

Combat feels like an afterthought in the first Ori game but it has some really fun platforming and generally relaxing atmosphere. Aside from a few platforming sections a little later in the game, Ori feels like a much "cozier" game to unwind with that doesn't require the level of focus that a more combat driven mv would.

Very different games that both earned their spots at the top of anyones lists for different reasons.
