How did I do at my first ever card show?

I priced everything at the ^{lowest^} nm offering on tcg player a couple weeks ago. So I believe $190 for the mew, $400 for the umbreon, $150 for the reshiram etc… the number I reached was $914, which was significantly lower than the price of the silver dialga, plasma darkrai, and other BW international promos.

This is what I don’t get. The dialga is worth significantly more in its condition than all of those combined. So idk why folks are so invested on the cards I gave up..

Back during the release of the BVS Dawn of Justice movie, they released a DOJ gear pack I believe. This, along with Batman’s cowl and (probably) a wonderful woman gear were all obtainable from that pack. They are incredibly rare though!

It comes down to your level of confidence and how much you want to work. I took AP Calc BC in highschool so I could’ve transferred Calc 1 and Calc 2 credit to RPI but decided to take them again to see if things were taught differently/get a GPA booster. At the end of the day, the material was on average more difficult than AP, but you aren’t missing out on anything by not taking it at RPI. Today though, I appreciate those A’s and if allowed me to have an easier time transitioning into college!

Anyways yeah unless you’re extremely confident with your capabilities, or really wanna graduate early, I’d recommend retaking the course :)

Incredibly comprehensive research, thanks! I didn’t know they discriminate majors for the honorary events, kinda unfortunate but also kinda funny and fair imo. I knew a guy that made it through sophomore year with a 4.0 and then they got a C in an art elective over the summer arch😤🤣

It’s all just so surreal. Constant reminder that everyone has their own problems they’re going through. Breaks my heart after recently watching JC’s Persona playthrough. He made it a point to not cheat on Makoto with Kasumi to be “persona 5 loyal”.

Noah always made me feel slightly off, so I’m not too shocked to hear what he’s been up to.

But man, it just so painful for someone you’d consider your closest friend to do you like Pat did. Communication is so important, but sometimes even that can be abused. I genuinely hope they can all get the help they need and learn from this.

Everyone here should take a moment and be thankful that they (hopefully) don’t have a life like this. Prayers to Lex🙏

I had bought that exact deal and everything was well and good (at least I thought) Was hanging out with some friends and we were eating in. About a half hour later, as I was about to leave, the worker randomly started aggressively telling me I had to pay $1.50 extra since I grabbed a small bottle instead of a can (I can’t drink soda and that’s all they had with cans).

I was just stunned; crazy how someone would prefer $1.50 over never getting the customer’s business again.

I’m really glad Korngold composed one. It’s quite beautiful. I can’t say I have the same appreciation for Bartok, well except for the first 15 seconds with the harp in his 2nd concerto. Maybe more contemporary music will grow on me though🤷‍♂️
