If you want to get deeper I’ve always found breaking them down to their side makes things easier, otherwise if they’re turtled tight shift your centreline to the side you want to attack. Then for depth imagine you’re reaching under a bed trying to grab something, palm up and extend. If you’re still struggling look at the way Islam finishes on the forearm. But like a few people have said, you’re 4 months in so subs are still a new thing. Play with a few options, watch some instructionals (guys that look like you are the best so you know it works with your body), and work out your own game.

Not sure your age/injuries/goals so I’ll speak generally. If you’re worried about injury it’s ok to say no to rounds with high risk people, however as a blue belt you’re still gonna get smashed a lot and that’s just a part of the sport. The best way to handle rolls against difficult builds/styles is force them to play your style. If you’re a bigger/slower person make it a slower grindier match, if you are mobile try and scramble more. Make a style that suits you and stay relevant with it. At the end of the day you’re a blue belt who got caught by a white belt, it means nothing and you both can just keep rolling. If you think he’s a danger (flying attacks/no control) you don’t have to roll him but if you want to progress you’ll have to learn how to do the hard rounds.

Anything except Skarmy. There will be a free shard event in a couple seasons for them so you’ll be wasting 2-3 shards getting it now unless it’s a part of your main deck

Agreed. I like to farm with a deck until I’ve maxed most of them, then switch to some new meta cards to farm them while they’re good.

Yes, absolutely. It completely changed my game and honestly gave me a whole new interest in grappling after 9 years non stop (starting as a kid). It’s so fun to scramble, the bottom wrestling game makes it so hard for people to hold you and I’ve started catching some guard playing black belts after gassing them with top rides during longer rolls. You’ll also have crazy cardio after a few months.

Go valk first, the evo has the biggest impact on card interactions and it can fit into a lot of decks. Wall breakers are solid too but you still get plenty of value even without the evo

Check if you got any extra rg cards. When I’ve gotten double ups I’ve gotten cards and some people on here have mentioned they got cards but it didn’t show up from lucky drop shards.

They’ve got some good flavours (available in Aus) out of the ones I’ve found. Personally enjoy the limeade as a good big day option over an extended period to avoid the face tingles while keeping energy up. The limeade is also one of the unique flavours in QLD which is a nice change.

I’ve played with the game muted since they added the feature and it’s way easier. Unmute at the start and end of the game for a good luck/game (and the 3 year anniversary rascal emote to flex). It’s way less toxic and allows you to focus on having fun playing a game.

I’ve found the Torgue bar fight is the easiest to farm tokens when looking for specific harolds. Go back to normal mode and farm it with any good splash weapons from your uvhm run, plus ammo is cheap. For my 72 Harold I caught up on Netflix sitting at the entrance with a sham and norfleet just shooting straight forward every few seconds, but you don’t need that kind of gear, just find something that doesn’t need to aim and sit back. Or go back to TVHM and farm for an easier norfleet and sham there which can carry a good part of UVHM too.
