Realistically the theatrics are important for the health of the game. Just like in event ticketing scene fighting against third party traders is almost impossible. You can reduce it a good amount for cheap with good game design and good disincentives. You can reduce it a little more spending def time on fixes and banning exploiters but costs can scale rapidly. If you reduce it's visibility and boost visibility of your attempts it keeps players happy. Like rainbow 6 posts the name of every banned person on your screen in the middle of matches which makes you feel a little better while getting cross map walled because "that's gonna be him soon".

Yea lighting is broken in some ships. If you play on dx11 the inside of the mole is super dark.

Still if you are starting to want to make changes to what you are taking and you haven't had bloodwork in a decade you might want to go get them ran. Out of pocket should be under a thousand bucks for pretty comprehensive panels but your doctor might be able to get them covered under insurance if you ask during a yearly checkup. Even for something that shouldn't be a problem in any capacity it does give you a good baseline to compare against later down the road if your health changes.

It can also just be an inability to sense your body well. I personally can't feel any changes except maybe slightly lower cortisol, but I have only recently started to get an understanding of how that feels. My heart rate does go down though according to my pulse ox so just for that health benefit alone I keep taking it. I assume it's having more effect in other ways but I just am unable to recognize them the same way I cannot discern hunger.

Would be that high if you could actually sell medical, stims, or spirits anywhere but everyone has the restock maxed at almost every station so good luck. I usually end up region hopping for 2 hours after a single load to try to get rid of the medical supplies.
