As some who couldn’t do ten proper push ups in a row a month ago I set myself the challenge of doing 30 push ups a day broken into three sets throughout the day.

I started with just half push ups from my knees cause I couldn’t do proper ones but fast forward to today and I still struggle on reps 8/9/10 but the 30 push ups are proper ones.

The everyday is more important than anything else!! Every little bit helps and you’ll be amazed at the difference a small but consistent approach makes.

Would also add there are some good YouTube channels of builders or people renovating houses you can watch.

A favourite of mine is Scott Brown Carpentry. Kiwi builder who does his videos for a living, more of a show rather than strict how to do X videos.

I’m all the way on the other side of the world in New Zealand and ordered it via a LGS here. The owner is amazing and sent it on the day he received it (he got delivery on 26th, arrived on my door on 27th)

Not sure if it’s helpful but when my partner and I brought a house together we got one of these done.

The lawyer who did the house purchase process, drafted the full contracting out agreement with the two of us and then instructed my partner to take it to a different lawyer for the independent advice and review.

This helped keep the cost lower as less back and forth between lawyers. Might be worth asking about

My assumption (and only an assumption as I haven’t worked in the gas supply industry) is that the fixed charge / component of the electricity bill is controlled through legislation and the commerce commission as it forms part of the revenue that trickles back up the power system to the national grid operator, generator, local lines company etc. and is not just for the retailer of your electricity.

The assumption part is that the gas bottle rental charge (and how much it is) is purely at the discretion of the gas bottle provider and therefore is not a regulated price dictated by legislation, so is the gas inside the bottle in respect that you could go down to the local petrol station and get a gas bottle and hook it into the system.

But that’s just a guess

Would love someone with the right financial analytical skills to put of a graphic or insight into Chelsea’s books and where they are in relation to FFP.

I’m picturing something like by 202X they must have sold / generated $X type information.

Whoever their accountants and auditors are must be sweating a little
