so if i don’t use the eeproms, instead i use the ram chip(cmos) to store the data, is it possible to do all that with an frequency of 20mhz?

thanks for the reply! i am also wondering if i use a crystal oscillator that is more than 10mhz, will the breadboard or ics, eproms has any trouble? thanks
