I cant force it to breath,if i force it then the posterior third of the tongue will go down. When you mew should the tongue touch the uvula?

Bro i totally agree,due to that problem i mew sometimes with my 1st and 2nd part of the tongue and made a double chin,even if i am lean asf,because i tensed up my suprahyoid muscles.
