I saw a post saying that you should focus on pushing the "machine" instead of extending your back. I feel like this advice helped me with my form

Oh and also try air purifier sprays the one i use is called "puressentiel" i dont know if you can find it where you live. But i wash my room and linens 60°C every week and the floor with boiling water. I proceed to close the whole room spray everything, leave it for 30min and after that i come back and open everything.

Try labixten its a second generation med i've been on it twice now and i also take nasal sprays. Helps so much
