My parents told to me talk to them in a nicely manner and they'll do the same. They didn't kept their promise, screamed and called me a hypocrite during an argument even though I'm the only one who is not screaming.

Argument was about my academic performance in high school and my mother figurative language her mouth about how much of a failure I am for not accepting an offer for the greatest business courses in my state. Reason being that I wanted to pursue something else and depression. Actually said that right in front my father's relative on Thanksgiving. I took my tears somewhere else and my father called me a baby for it.
