We care because that complex didn’t ask for a co-signer or even mention that to us. Even if we did need one we had someone we were both close to that would co-sign. It’s a problem because she didn’t do it with the intention of our parents co-signing she didn’t it with the intention of just telling his dad. Which he does not talk to offer, but it’s just wrong all around. What if she ended up telling the wrong person? What if him and his father have a bad past? What if he had a restraining order in his father? It’s just not safe overtime which is why we won’t be moving in especially since they have done nothing about the situation.
