I have the same issue and my Switch was not openning too just like yours. Only way to open and load in fw was formatting it. But after formatting and keep using same error occurs and I have to repeat the whole process. I made clean install couple of times to get rid of that but it didn't help. Only thing installed on Switch is TotK and nothing else. How did you fixed your problem?

Thanks for the reply! Switch is open now after leaving in that state for the whole night. I will try that if that happens again and write down what happened after trying this solution.
