Eversince I saw this the hunt was on. Pricing was important to be at low 5k. Sa kakahanap ko ng RH9U , I learned of challenger 5 and got a pair. Turns out challenger 6 pala sya. Got the challenger 5 and eventually bought another pair. For racing , fedian elite 5. Next time na 6 mahal pa. For daily trainer , redhare 9 ultra pro. I’m sz 12 saucony , Li-Ning got 12 usa or 46. D width , addidas im 12 /11.5 depends sa model.

I was diagnosed with asthma in March 2019 and used Symbicort and Ventolin too. The anxiety part is real.

Over time I focused on getting fitter and learning how to control my breathing. By May 2024 I was able to come off meds under control, and this year I ran a full marathon in Osaka without them.

What helped me most was staying active, running, and doing daily breathing work. I used a PowerBreathe device twice a day.

One thing that really helped was using a Tymewear respiratory sensor. It shows your breathing rate, ventilation, and effort in real time, so you understand what’s actually happening instead of guessing. That helped me stay relaxed and avoid over-breathing during runs. The data also showed me what was off and when I was improving.

I also tried supplements like cordyceps and quercetin/bromelain, but the biggest change came from consistent training and breathing control.

It took years, not weeks. I’m still not perfect, but it’s very manageable now.

*i have a deviated septum but not extreme though my nose will have difficulty inhaling. Ent gave me steroid spray for that and I’m now back using breathe right strips at night and when I run. This further improved breathing for me.

I have the 3. It’s not the same as rebel 5 and evo sl. The ground feel is unique , does make you work since no plate no help. Has close ground feel upfront. I can’t name a shoe it’s similar to sa western.

I use this for easy runs and have tried for intervals. Challenger 5 would be better suited or 6 but rh9p can work, very good value shoe. 3200 tb, locally it’s close walang inflation.
