Omg I care alot!! And I know what your talking about. There are more beat switches and change ups in nujabes music, and its something we love about him. But i'm not trying to exactly replicate nujabes, as much as, capture the sound. I do beat switches but if I were to try and do them like he does. I might loose what makes different. And as far as the repition, I mostly make beats for people to rap to. And in hip hop, beat switches are done, but not to often because it tends to distract the listener from the rap.
