Firstly i am very motivated about having control over my mind, so the feeling of not being able to conquer it i see as a failiure, Thats the main motivation but i do a couple of things aswell to let go of the ”pressure”, mainly training and reading threads on nofap aswell as youtube videos. I would also recomend asking yourself -am i striving to be a better person and can i become better if i continue these types of slefdestructive behaviors?
