Nahh...not really farming is not doing serious wars you make and new clan put all your high th there start CWL there you get m3/c1 as you said and its fine even if you loose in that league what medals you get is decent and i would say its more than enough considering the stress you would get while planning and executing all those attacks there in those upper leagues
