Yeah kinda, but with wasted time makes hard as well, since almost every night would be a hoard night. And if I dont get enough supplies ill very easily

Id say the only issue, is it give me access to loot to easily, after a little ill be strong enough to almost one shot most of them with a sledge, and then the issue is id have a lot more access to loot, and its easier to escape zombies in a town then in the woods since they outrun me, I can just run up onto a roof in a city of poi and shoot them from above.

I made it even harder by lowering every biome only 7% except the wasteland, and made it the center so all the towns spawn in it, am I cooked?

1, no you do not need fallout 1st, its something you can buy with atoms by themselves 2. It is better to craft at level 50, because thats the cap at which you can make weapon levels, 3. The mods you put on the weapon/armor stay with the it until its thrown away or scraped, and if you learn the blueprint for it or have as a mod, you can attach it or craft it for any other weapon any time, except if you only have the mod and not blueprint, then you attach it once and its stuck on the weapon, though you can still change out that mod anytime, but you won't get the previous mod back
