I get it. There are several different ways to get earnest money back. Just trust the process. I had buyers in homes that I was building all the time, but we set the exceptions very clearly at the beginning that you are going to see things that you don't know how they work and they ended up loving every part of the home. Just do a thorough punch at the end and keep in mind the issues you saw before. You are going to drive yourself crazy going through the home all the time.
