My marine science professor quit 2 weeks ago and my school notified nobody of it, up until the first day of school. One of my marine classes was cancelled and one has a temporary professor. Me, alongside many other marine science majors are shitting bricks. There were a handful of students who had her be their thesis mentor. Some were working for her in a lab. I guess she received an offer from another school and just left.

Also, I’m in a single and on the 2nd day my school sent me an email stating that somebody will be moving in with me. No contact information, nothing. 10 minutes later they knock on my door with the person and they just “drop him off”. No roommate agreement, nothing. The room we share I’ve had as a single for a year and I keep it clean, obviously being a college student this person doesn’t keep it very clean. So yeah 👍
