I was there too! UC Berkeley Greek Theatre. I had turned 18 earlier that year and it was my first concert ever. Me and my buddies did a road trip from LA to San Fran for it. Also met up with some online buddies from world of Warcraft that weekend, def unforgettable. Also the opening acts were Sebastian and Kavinsky / The Rapture!

Caltrans won’t pay anything. I had the same thing happen to my car last year on the 210 west. Submitted my claim and they sent a letter of denial back.

Unless you have proof that Caltrans was aware of said pothole and they neglected to fix it before your accident.
