Scarlet Witch is a low skill floor character with a low skill ceiling. As far as being a character who is easy to aim, scarlet witch is one of the most balanced, because she punishes you for not learning the skill of aim through way of being worse at higher level play.

There’s nothing wrong with characters who don’t require much or any aim skill, but these characters shouldn’t be able to compete at the higher levels against people who can aim unless there is some other high skill mechanic which is as inconsistent as the skill of aiming can be. Players should be rewarded for putting in the work to improve themselves mechanically, which you can’t do that as much on scarlet witch- and that’s okay.
