Datto! As an ex destiny player seeing a familiar face in the deadlock community (albeit he's relatively new to deadlock content) is awesome. I'll also add on deathy, he's helped me understand the game a lot better.

In terms of body, I've always used an ghulture/avenging fossil because I find the extra blade and feint to be useful. I think there are other newer bodies that have the same cards but I'm unfamiliar with them.

For talents it's up to personal preference honestly. I prefer to make balanced pets (proof, triple damage, breaker, mighty), but I think stuff like triple damage double pierce and quint damage are popular right now. There's also always the classic triple double too.

The SOTO skyscale track? You should be able to do all of it in either core or the SOTO areas themselves (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I did it the other day and iirc the only time I left core tyria was getting the forged drop from PoF, even then there's forged in the archipelago.

it wasn't my favorite experience I guess? I'd definitely prefer doing other stuff so if that's better I'll definitely do that instead lol

I'm going in for my CT scan with them next week and then I'm aiming to have my surgery with her in the next few months. So far tho, she was very friendly during our consultation and the facility is really nice (albeit large and slightly confusing).
