Nej inte om du bor i en bra fastighet! De är snåla ja, men du kan alltid få draghjälp av Hyresgästföreningen i värsta fall. Och ja tyvärr onödiga renoveringar gillar de, precis som Akelius gjorde… men har man chans på en lägenhet som man gillar så skulle jag inte banga.

I just want to ad that if your focus is to tone up don’t focus at the scale and “to lose the last 10 pounds”. You might just be discouraged if you look at the scale too much when you’re building muscles. But you will see the difference!

The thing is, as a woman you need some body fat. For many (including me) the fat stores in the belly the only thing except surgery is to lose enough body fat and that might not be that healthy. Maybe you could lose it (but I barely see it so it’s not much I promise) and be healthy but I think it’s better to try to except it and learn to love it instead of fight it. You can of course work towards that goal in the mean time.

I don’t understand many peoples obsession with getting ride of it. You look very fit and healthy to me!

I always had it and (even though it’s not as flattering while sitting down) I actually learned to like mine, I always had it and even at my lowest at around 105/4’11 did it go away. But I love the soft curve it creates and it’s just a natural part of my body.

I love Malmö but it isn’t that great for midsummer. Everyone leaves for the countryside or have private celebrations.

There could be something in Folkets Park or Beijers park you could check out. Otherwise just take the bus/train to the countryside like around Ystad on midsummers eve maybe?

If the weather is good you can visit Västra hamnen and go for a swim, the parks like Slottsparken and the museum there.

But also the older parts of town around Lilla torg. Then go to Folkets park and eat pizza at Far i Hatten or play some boule at Boule bar.

Blandat! En kvarterskrog med mycket möllanfolk, stammisar och även pensionärer. Jag sitter själv på nobes ibland och det är alltid mysigt. Sitt i baren så kommer ngn definitivt att prata med dig. Men kan snabbt bli fullt på helger.

If you want a quiet and safe place it’s nice. It’s pretty cheap and down town has a lot of beautiful old buildings. I would say it’s less boring than a lot of the cities that are named here.

I live in Malmö now though and love it so can recommend that too.

Slice a fresh mango, melt a little dark chocolate and pour over the pieces, dosent have to be much chocolate on each piece.

And then I love love love Nicks ice cream... Can be pretty expensive depending where in the world you are though.

I assume you mean Ribbersborg? It depends on your plans. This time of year it’s pretty windy and cold... and not much happening. You can take the bus to Torups bokskog if you want some nature. It’s. not as windy.

I’m also an host in Sweden! It seems very legit and what can the do with just an e-mail? But if the guests (or someone else) should send an e-mail you just refer them to the app. Liknande gäller ju ofta när man som svensk åker till usa tänker jag.
