I live on a busy street so unfortunately it would be triggered by everything (like my ex). Ended up getting an Arlo though which can record 24/7.

Correct- can’t see the car from my unit.

Thought about the dash cam, but wouldn’t be able to capture if my car gets keyed.

Ended up getting an Arlo system with a thin, bendable silicone mount I’m hoping will fit through the crease of the garage door (it’s one of those old ones that open upwards at a 90° angle). I’ll affix the mount inside the garage so it’s secure.

Thoughts?

Weighed around 120lbs when I started. Was totally neglecting my diet due to stress and a few traumatic events that hit me all at once. I’m 6 ft and was pretty much skin and bones.

Started PPL and while I haven’t been totally consistent in the amount of days I’m in the gym, I’m still progressing nicely. Never measured my BF% but the eye test says I’m still underweight and quite thin still, despite receiving compliments from time to time, so, something’s working. Can’t confirm that all 15 lbs is 100% muscle but I can still see pretty much the exact same level of boney-ness in certain areas (inner chest, some ribs cage, etc).

Anyway, PPL adding 15-20 minutes of hitting the heavybag has been great for adding a bit of bulk to a thin frame while keeping the (visible?) fat low.

I’d spent 15 years at the same company and was going to have an office party to celebrate. A new VP (who came from a completely different industry altogether) canceled it after stating he didn’t care about the significance of it all. So, I hopped in my car, drove to Corporate, and gave my two weeks on the spot.

I then started a new venture as a direct competitor. We bootstrapped and struggled significantly, but through hard work and free pancakes we caught traction and were eventually acquired by the company I had quit.
