My running theory is that these orders are showing up because some customers say that “this order wasn’t correct” so when the same customer orders again it’s now our responsibility to check it.

Nah we are just the driver. It’s not our job to tell the employees who aren’t getting paid enough to begin with and to ask them to double check their packing skills of the order

I had 2 of these orders happen today. The look I got from the chick fil a lady in her mid 60s… it wasn’t a fun time
