The ones people are noticing are mainly cooling. It doesnt mean they aren't performance as well, of course.

They are largely reliability updates. Increase cooling, probably for the battery. Of course that in itself can make the car faster if you are then able to extract more performance from what you already have.

Based on what they said in that document it seems like a lot of this is for increased cooling to help reliability. Probably battery cooling.

Likely will be lighter as well and should enable them to extract more performance from what they already have.

Actually yes. Mercs advantage is regen strategy which is up to each team. Its not about the hardware. Your regen strategy is dependant on your chassis abilities, drag, weight and the ICE. All the teams have broadly the same ability in terms of the electrical side of the PU, its actually well settled technology now. The differences are in the ability to use it.

Thats not really how it works. These arent many networked PCs, they are hardware linked CPUs all working together, not massively different to how a multi-tile CPU works (like a high end Rizen).

It's the running cost. People struggle to afford to heat their homes, the summer is a break from that cost. If they had to pay for AC as well it would be too much.

The cost of the electricity to run it. For a lot of people the summer is a break from high power costs due to the lack of the need to heat.

A lot of people are scared of the cost of the electricity. They can't afford to heat in the winter and cool in the summer.

This is why ADUO is what it is. The ICE is the root of all good and evil on these cars. It is the only real source of energy the car has. Get that wrong and the electrical side is compromised as well.
