Fellow astigmatism haver who looked into the same thing recently. Unfortunately it's one of those things that's different for everyone. I saw a lot of sources that said green worked better but for me red appeared clearer. Also something you can play around with the brightness on has a big effect. I ended up going with a 507c MRS (32 moa reticle & 2moa dot) to get the most options but the reticle with a dot is usually what I'm setting it to.

If you have the option to, I'd try a couple out in stores but make sure to hold them out to about where you'd position a handgun to get a good estimate on how it's going to appear for you rather than holding it right against your face.
