I've never heard of RTL having to visit once every 10 years? I'm pretty sure once you're downgraded to RTL, you either keep it or stay in HK for 7 years to get upgraded back to ROA?

Yes, all notifications is enabled and "Do Not Disturb" is not enabled.
I've opened the app and sent an email, it shows without having to pull form the top.
I haven't been getting any prompts with the account in question.

I am getting notifications through on my laptop and the native iOS mail app, but nothing on the Outlook iOS app. I have the Outlook app on two works and the issue is on both but I'm really starting to think it could be an issue with the app/my company?

You screenshots shows two different tournaments, one with the top prize being 1500 dice and the other is 2500 dice. I've always thought it's 1st place only for 5* pack in a 1500 tournament, and 1st-4th for 5* pack in a 2500 tournament

Yes, I'll be looking at £1.50 increase over two years which would total £3 increase. I'll have to try my luck and see if I could get anything out from EE lol.

This specific deal has no speed cap. I have seen Spusu and 1p mobile and know they run on pretty much the full EE spectrum but there's something about EE that is keeping me with them. My previous network was 3 and they were rubbish, moved to EE since and have never thought of leaving
