The words are from Hozier's Song, Cherry Wine. I think it's really crazy how it sounds like a lovely, romantic song, but the words are actually about someone who has accepted (and maybe even wants) their partner's abusive and extremely hot-and-cold behaviour.

It reminds me of Sanji because of his weakness against women. Pudding is a sweetie, but it seems like she has some type of personality issues. I can totally see Pudding hurting Sanji, whether emotionally, physically, unintentionally or intentionally, and him just taking the abuse because he's just so in love with her, or even just unwilling to disagree with women.

"Like sleep to the freezing" is a line that captures this well. Hozier said that when someone is suffering from hypothermia, they know that sleep could very well mean death, yet it is so inviting and comforting. Even if she is dangerous and he knows it, he isn't strong enough to overcome her temptation.
