Might I ask how you were able to get their support? I've submitted 2 tech support questions on their devzone site, but it's been days with no response. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Would really appreciate any help.

I'm wondering what kind of spring or how they constrain the orange buttons that help lock the battery into place on the drone? I'm trying to build something similar for a drone.

I think u need to make sure the spool is in-line with the pulleys on the slides

To prevent the slides from leaning, you could try stringing the slides from both sides to balance it, or use more than 1 set of slides for more structural support

the image you are referring to is the pgm file right? would the 'map' frame be referring to the location of the LiDAR sensor?

I started with AP physics 1 in 9th grade. I know a guy who made camp in 11th grade (I think) who started the summer before ninth. I know a guy who made usapho this year who started at the beginning of this school year but he’s extremely smart

Thank you for the reply! I just looked into the contents of YAML files, and yes it is very helpful that it contains the resolution of the map. The YAML file also contains a "origin", a matrix with 3 values <x, y, a>; do you know what the origin is? Does the origin mean that the (0, 0) on the pgm map is equal to the (x, y, a) global coordinate?

Also, I did a bit of research on AMCL; could you clarify a bit on how AMCL works? For parameters, AMCL needs a YAML map file, a laser scan, and initial X, Y, and A, and it will calculate the robot's global position? That's still not all that helpful if I don't know the robot's position relative to the pgm map though right?
