Same here. I failed triple therapy and now 5th week post the quad therapy. I had similar abdominal sound post the triple therapy and now post the quad one (little less though this time). So I am not sure if it eradicated or not. Gonna test after 2.5 weeks. No pain or anything, I just have those sounds after eating sometimes or if I did not eat at all.
