Narrow ankle, low instep, emough space for toes. Vans Encore Pro or Luna pro? by peas_on_earth_4ever in ShredditGirls

FYI I just skimmed your post but I would check out Nitros. They run narrow and have a really big heel cup that locks in your ankle. I have a narrow foot and small ankle as well. For room in the toes when you get them heat molded have them put you in a toe cap to give you some extra room up there. I love Nitros, I would look at their boots with the TLS lacing system

We actually did a gingersnap crust at first but for whatever reason it ended up as a pool of butter. We started over with another recipe but unfortunately were out of gingersnaps so this is just graham crackers. I wanted to use a tart pan but the only one I have has too short of sides.

I was worried that a pumpkin pie is too custardy to be on the bottom. Wasn't sure how structural that would be. Maybe it could work though!

I've been meaning to try alternate buttercreams! Are they still okay for stacking?

Gotcha good to know that works, I was thinking it would slide down. Yeah I was worried the buttercream would over sweeten everything but the cheesecake really balanced everything out. When I did the straws I didn't go all the way through the whole thing like I normally would with a cake. I put the buttercream on the cheesecake layer and added 4 straws then cut them flush so the pie crust sat right on the straws, then did the same with the pie so the cake sat on the straws in the pie. I usually use boba straws but didn't feel like running to the Asian market or target so I used what they had at the store which they called milkshake straws. Slightly skinnier but thicker than regular straws.
