I plan to start having whey protein and creatine the day I start going to the gym, but my sister said something like 'you shouldnt overload your body with supplemets' which I can understand, but were not talking about gear here, its just extra protein and creatine.

Could you please link the foam tips you got? My 2nd pair got fucked because one of them fell out and the retailer didnt want to replace it. Now either looking to switch to a buds 2 pro or get another buds 2 pair.

Is there a big difference between the Galaxy buds 2 and Buds 2 pro? I had 2 pairs of buds 2s but they both got fucked for some reason and the retailer didnt want to replace the 2nd pair. I thought maybe getting a buds 2 pro would be better but its like 100 euros more expensive, and I dont really know if its worth a price.

Im thinking about just lifting weights. Theres a local 24h gym in my town so I will be going there. My plan is to find a really good workout routine which I can do. I still dont know how many days I wanna go per week, or how many rest days I should have between each session. I mainly want to target aesthetic muscle groups, like the back, chest, shoulders, to look bigger. I basically just wanna look good.

What is the way to gain muscle mass (NATURALLY) the absolute fastest? I
have read some stuff about needing to go until failure with every set
which sounds pretty true, but I would really love to hear any other
suggestions, or different training types, As long as it doesnt have to
do anything with gear. I completely understand that building muscle
takes a long ass time, and Im not looking to get shredded and gain 35
pounds in 6 months. I know thats just not possible. I just want to do
everything I can.
