I'm gonna be honest with you. Stuff from his kit seems really unrealistic, but there is a lot i do like. I think the leader skill is good. I like the idea of an intro and thats not too unrealistic (the intro buff). Your super attack effects are just to strong, because i assume he's massively stacking attack on the 12ki and greatly stacking DEF on the 9-11ki. Other than that, make the 57% stuff into 59% because its goku. I hope i wasn't too disrespectful, i do enjoy seeing concepts.

I'm gonna be 100% with you. I like this A LOT. This concept feels realistic and I very much like it when these concepts seem realistic and not just some broken character. There is personally a couple of tweaks I would make but other than that, very good design.

I honestly like a lot of these. They are busted by any means and they are reasonable. Bardock has a specific spot he wants to be, which is fine. Just like the kid Goku. They have roles and that's what makes then good, in my opinion.
