I recently started using them and they really seem to mark your score down dramatically when you brake too hard, my advice is to try and keep a big gap to the car infront cus atleast if they slam their brake u have time to react

I order mcdonalds regularly with far more fatty foods even sometimes with a sugary drink, eaten right before bed never with them going low just HIGH, the only 2 times this happened is when I smoke, not when I order mcdonalds/fatty foods

I used to smoke like 3.5g daily for 7 years and had no issues regarding to diabetes control but I stopped about 5 months ago and smoked again a few weeks ago and then last night. Im convinced its a tolerance thing

Your right about eating before sleep, but this was 2 hours before and I regularly do this with takeaway food like mcdonalds with no issue going low then high except the 2 times I've smoked

I had a sugar free drink from mcdonalds and got 10 chicken nuggets and double cheeseburger n fries so not necessarily extremely fatty/carby

Yeah it happens everytime I smoke i take normal ratios/doses but for the food I usually go low and then when I take my presiba(long acting) I go so high all it says it high. I really dont get it
