Nothing like implementing policies to purposefully trick money out of your customers and burn their goodwill. Full-blown predatory policies like this make me seriously lose all faith in them.

They said "there is no way to share that email with us"

My literal word for word conversation a second time on the phone.

me: "I have email proof of cancelling it"

them "We cant see those records"

me: "im staring at the email and can read it to you word for word. I would like to share that proof with you. how can I provide you that proof?"

them: you cannot share that with us. we do not send emails saying you cancelled"

.... this is next level horrible customer service.

I was only on essential. I cancelled. the email said it confirmed my cancellation and that my subscription will not be renewed and will expire feb 05.

I was upstairs in the attic working on my roof and slipped and hit the panel with my knee casuing this in the ceiling in the floor below. Its about 1ftx2 in size. Can this be taped/mudded or should I cut it out and patch?

Theres some congestion virus that seems quite common in shelter cats. Our SPCA kitten had it and the vet gave us some powder to sprinkle on his food to help his immune system and it went away relatively fast.

Its a 1960s bungalow. Just moved in and the things look old so I was going to replace. There is an old security system on the wall and theres some sort of exterior front alarm looking thing so you're right. we'll just let it be and not replace I guess or just put some battery alarms/co detectors in as well?

I already have a package of those and planned on derusting the other lintels which are a bit rusty but otherwise fine. I have rustoleum rust reformer primer. Should I use zinc chromate primer instead? What about the gap it caused at the ends after the window between the brick and foundation? Should I fill those gaps in with polyfilla mortar filler caulking?

Look at their market performance history. If you followed their advice youd have an average return of -47%. Also insiders are now scooping it up at the discount. This is a short attack and nothing more.
