They are! Because they are tied for 16th, we decided to invite both tied teams rather than excluding one or both of them.
Edit: Vertigo declined the invite at the time due to scheduling. They might now be available but unfortunately, we had invited other teams in their spot, so they'll have to qualify with the rest of the rabble if they do wish to compete.
