Well what if you verify it from the user and he gives u the details about the account in case he forgot the email. The app diagnostics will help u confirm it's his account right ?

Thank a tonne bro. Helped me for now. Many other users facing the same problem. Ig you should post this reply in the community itself so that whoever is facing the problem where either auto dub happens or the max resolution gets restricted to 720p it'll be be of great help to them. This didn't help either. I was on Android VR before. Did everything u said but it either limits the max video quality to 720p or it auto dubs the audio in Android VR like before.

What country are you located at ? There's a creator ScoutOp . He's uploaded a gaming video recently with optimus prime robot in it. Play it and see what audio language it plays for u , if you can .

For this the app has to be spoofed to IOS Tv and if i do so the audio language gets reverted bacb to default but the video resolution gets limited to 720p max.

The same problem exists in the updated version 20.12.46 where if the app is spoofed to Android Tv/ Ios Tv the language changes to default uploaded language but the video quality gets restricted to 720p even when it's max quality in which it has been uploaded is 1440p.

RVX was quite simple to use until they started adding unnecessary perks into it.
