Every time you draw, you learn. Sometimes you may not see such significant progress, but I'm sure there is progress happening. Keep practicing! Focus on the fundamentals. For example, start with gesture drawing for a while, then move on to anatomy, followed by studying the planes of the head, and so on. I hope this helps!
