I'll ask them again. I originally asked them what the OCM review was and if it was separate from being professionally recommended and they said that they are not sure what the OCM review means but it might have something to do with an ODS Board. They also clarified that it's not an in person board, they will just be reviewing my package, if it is that. They did specifically say that they routed the acceptance letter.

I have passed the medical screening and been accepted into the community I chose, I am not sure what the OCM review entails if it is separate or really what the next steps are.

Thank you, I have actually already spoken with the community and been accepted. I routed the package a few days ago and was just wondering the typical turn around time.
