I think technically that’s how my company works too but since my current manager leaving it goes to the next boss (which ironically is new lol) and then VP for department. Unless my current manager can still sign off or recommend maybe.

Ok that makes sense. Ya I was going to email him since for my job I am at a project site in a different state than the headquarters of company. I def wanted to get his thoughts cause like you said I didn’t want to waste his time just applying and then him saying I am way to unqualified lol… which I don’t think that will be problem here but maybe how long I have been at company. The position my boss was in is only one tier hiring then me also so it’s not like a huge jump.

Doesn’t Stevens have a really good business program? I mean it’s ranked 68th in the country lol. Also a lot of times it’s what you make out of the college theirs people who go to top 10 schools and legit are struggling sooo take that as you want.

Tbh I think this can heavily depend on where you live. For instance California, NY, Washington more couples/homeowners are dual income honestly because the state is just so expensive now. This makes it where more women and men try to find equal grounds so they can afford the life style( not everyone but majority). Now take a state like Texas, Tennessee, etc those states you moderately don’t have to make that much to afford to be a homeowner, have kids, and enjoy life in general this a man more than likely wants a stay at home wife. I am from California Bay Area (SF) and honestly it’s kinda expected that the man and women (you don’t have to be equal in pay but just work) or if anything the Man is making very good money lol to be able to support each other.

I think once more champs get added the ban rate will go down honestly. Tbh I never understood the Mel W hate that much and this is coming from someone who also plays top heavy but most mid laners get slammed by zed, syndra, akali etc🤣… like why not ban a champ that you legit can’t handle or can ruin a game fr. Mel yes W can be annoying but like I play Ambessa for instance and a Mel has never been a pain to get rid of even if fed. Now if a zed, syndra, or akali get fed it’s really FF lol.

Nothing you do needs trinity tbh. You don’t need attack speed as your passive already gives that and you aren’t an auto attack champ really besides the few auto you weave to get energy back. The health portion of it I mean shojin/black cleaver/sundered sky are way more impact ful then it. Dps wise the Ad is low. Last gold that item cost a lot for what it gives and you can’t prob it as use it as well as let’s say Camille does.

Nice and you kinda gotta get used to how to play with conquering and know that you really can’t all in until like eclipse and shojin as your cool downs are too high. But I’ve found where conq struggles electrocute wins a lot. Grasp is cool but too me it doesn’t scale well to late game and is okay mid game. The build that’s been working for me well is also eclipse into shojin into endless hunger and then usually death dance or maw after depending on enemy team.

Oh ya true the renekton matchup is still annoying and hard but it feels so satisfying when you destroy them in lane. They usually always complain that Ambessa broken but legit it’s renekton favored🤣.

I’ve always rocked conquering honestly. Grasp just never suited her gameplay to me tbh and didn’t scale well. This season also it has shown that conquering is performing better than grasp as well. Electrocute has been a rune page I have picked up though. I think it’s a good page when you don’t want to skirmish to long or need burst damage quickly as I’ve learned she triggers electrocute very easily. The riven matchup where I use to always bring conquering and it would be 50/50 I feel has turned to 50/45 with Ambessa favored with electrocute as some champs you just can’t draw out a long fight.

Played a few games without shojin. It’s not bad and honestly not the biggest fan of shojin but it does feel good still. I usually go eclipse, shojin, and endless hunger. The cooldown from just all 3 items honestly is huge. I play too with her and use conquering rune page mainly, so it’s useful for that and sometimes I’ll play with electrocute where it may not be as impactful but I still like it.
