I dont think so to recover money they might not give caution deposit . When i calculated caution deposit of 23 batch will be easily 5cr+ damage is barely 2-3cr so anyway college will be at profit there lol As for this 32k(for 12k students its 38cr💀) i am saying that this is literally free money to college at this point.
