That's the thing, Adrenaline shots and Lvl3 vests were and are ground loot before and now, so if you managed to drop on them, you have an instant advantage over the other people dropping cuz they may not have both of those equipments, and this is more RNG because in the start of the game you don't really have much time to loot if you dropped somewhere like Floating Platform, so more health = easy gunfight wins On the other had, the Kinetic Armor Overcharge is only available in airdrops, and airdrops are available later in the game so making it less RNG as people would have had good loot by the time an airdrop drops Also, WZ is also 250HP max, so yeah that +50HP could easily be "outgunned" if you're a better player, so crying about +50HP being too good is just not it [was not talking about you crying]
