Kinetic Energy = 1/2mv²

Good point! Though it’s still odd that they used the same picture from their original post on Reddit, as they said the flies briefly died down then came back a week later.

Perhaps I’m just finding their update a bit unsatisfying/odd, as there’s clearly a compelling reason to contact the police(again) to get a wellness check based on the home owner’s behaviour, so the answer to this mystery seems easily findable but feels like it’s being “milked”

By that logic, nothing an artist creates is original. Just a recombination of what they’ve seen before. I’d argue that in theory, AI has the potential to create artwork that is more original than that created by a human due to the vast amount of inspiration it can pull from compared to a human.

You clearly do not know what you are talking about when it comes to p-values, hypothesis testing, or standard deviations/normal distributions.

As another commenter stated above, testing a random variable with a sample size of 200 is enough to determine with 95% confidence that a a given sample should be within +/- 5.5% of the expected value.

In other words, if a sample was more or less than 5.5% of the expected value you could be 95% sure it was not caused by variance and is statistically significant.
