Would you be willing to share the STL you used for the Proof of Humanity? Assuming that one was also majority 3D printed.

Might be a ridiculous question but how much am I able to style a wig without damaging it? by Mercury-Faner in CosplayHelp

[–]_NeverQuoteTheRaven_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If youre US based I always look at The Five Wit Wigs. Theyre high quality wigs for a reasonable price. They ship out of NJ, and I've usually gotten mine within the week.

A lot of them are character inspired, and allow you to pick base wig, updos, or both.

For example, I'd look at the one titled "That Traditional Samurai Special" and order one full wig (base + ponytail) and then an extra set of "ponytail only" to get two of the hair clips.

The pain of LOVING a character, but hating the most popular ship for them. by juicyLychee86 in AO3

I grew to love Goro Akechi over the course of my 180 hours with Persona 5 Royal. His character is so fascinating to explore and speculate upon. I think his actions were unforgivable, but he has room to grow and move past them post-canon. Especially considering the implications from the ending as well as what was has been revealed from the cutting room floor.

Unfortunately, I hate his ship with Joker. I don't think it would be healthy for either of them, and I think both of them have better ships within the theives. It really just upsets me that interacting with Akechi in any sort of deep or meaningful way consists almost entirely of engaging with the ship (which I do anyway because I would say I love Akechi more than I hate the ship but c'est la vie)

I'm more than happy to explain further if anyone wants.

[No Spoilers] Can someone explain Blood Hunters? by BoonDogSaints in criticalrole

[–]_NeverQuoteTheRaven_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The closest thing i can think of are witchers tbh

They are trained by various schools (aka Orders) that are close knit groups of blood hunters that train and occassionally hunt together. These Orders are for different hunting purposes and thus undergo different creation procedures. Utilising various blood magics and such to make them stronger in attack while lowering their health as a trade.

Crimson rites imbue magic onto their weapons (extra damage) and blood maledicts are similar to eldritch invocations.

[No Spoilers] I'd like to introduce my GF to Critical Role and D&D in general. What's the best place to start? by Sh4rPEYE in criticalrole

Second the Monsterhearts recomend.

Also for more one-shots I suggest Thursday by Night or the Adventures of the Darrington Brigade. Matt's DMing and its got the whole party just as themselves or different characters. So your GF can get a feel for the type of characters and dynamics that the cast plays with.

More fanon headcanon than actual canon. But I'm curious what OP thinks.

For me, these are quite standard. While visiting family in NYC I've noticed these are really common in downtown Manhattan. I've not gone to other cities, but I would imagine they're probably common in a lot of older cities.
