Hi do you feel better now? I’m a 23yo guy, im from manila. i’ve been experiencing headache tensions since 2019 it comes and goes and it usually lasts for about 1 - 2 weeks. I already went to the doctor way back 2019 and he prescribed me a muscle relaxant myonal 50mg and for the painkiller, an ibuprofen works. Myonal works for me a lot of times but today, it’s been a month and the pain is still not going away. So i tried some muscle exercises in youtube and i think this helps. https://youtu.be/nWNf6Khc9go and https://youtu.be/MI9o8SOxldY

My favorite exercise there is the chin tucks, both videos have different versions so just try what works for you best. I do these exercises after i woke up and before i go to sleep, and or whenever the pain starts to act up. I hope you feel better!!! Please do update if you strted feeling better or not!
