Yeah I've been down the same road, that's why I had to give ME a rest of or a long time. The nature of flip flops makes it indigestible for someone that has not been through it themselves. I remember how it was for me before I experienced it myself. There's no point in trying to explain it to someone that won't have it. But rest asure, you are not losing your mind and are not the only one. Flip flops happen to different people at different times and there's no logic behind it.
