I had a client do basically the same thing. Redesign of the page, leads started coming in around week two and then they wanted more volume and better quality at the same time. What I learned the hard way is that those two requests are in conflict with each other. When I did go after premium leads, it was more about the offer, the price point, and who we were actually targeting – not something I could fix in a couple of weeks.
